Cancellation, Return And Refund Policy
Hanshy’s strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied every time you make a purchase from us. We take great care in dispatching your order and hope that you are pleased with the item you receive.
Cancellation Of Order:
Orders made via the website are quickly processed, so if you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing it.
Return & Refund Policy:
The following is to be kept in mind while returning a product:
- If you have any quality concerns or receive a damaged product, we are happy to accept returns of items purchased within 48 hours of the original purchase. To initiate a return, please contact order.support@hanshys.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide the order details along with pictures. Please note that refunds are not available for orders that have been shipped under normal circumstances.
- We will replace any product that is confirmed as damaged or defective upon receipt by the customer. Once we receive the damaged item, we will verify its condition and, if accepted, securely pack and send a replacement to the customer along with the delivery note. It is important that the damaged item is returned to us within 15 days of the order delivery. We will then initiate the process of refund or replacement for the relevant portion of the purchase price of the item.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened tea or spice packs. We suggest buying sample sizes before committing to larger orders, as most of our spices come in tester packs and our tea comes in eco-friendly packs.
- If goods are lost in transit during returns, we cannot be held responsible. We recommend sending the goods through recorded delivery and keeping proof of shipment.
- Refunds will be issued within 15 to 20 days after the cancellation of the order or return of the goods to our facility and will be credited back to the original method of payment. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternate refund method.
